Our 1,500-square-meter factory in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province is strategically located in one of China's most important manufacturing and export hubs. Yiwu provides unparalleled access to raw material suppliers, hardware component manufacturers, and one of the world's busiest inland ports, giving us both cost advantages and logistical efficiency. The factory operates with three dedicated production lines, each specialized for different material categories, allowing us to switch between leather, PU, canvas, and straw production without cross-contamination or tooling delays. Our craftsmen average 10+ years of handbag production experience, and we invest in continuous training to keep their skills current with evolving fashion trends and construction techniques.
Our dedicated QC team of 5 full-time inspectors monitors every production stage:
A four-stage quality control system that catches defects before they reach your warehouse.
All raw materials — leather, fabric, hardware, zippers, lining — are inspected upon arrival. Materials failing inspection are rejected and returned to suppliers before entering production.
QC inspectors monitor each production stage — cutting, stitching, edging, assembly — checking dimensions, stitch density, color matching, and hardware alignment against approved samples.
Every finished bag undergoes a 100% individual inspection covering appearance, functionality, dimensions, and packaging. Defective units are reworked or replaced before entering the packaging stage.
AQL 2.5 statistical sampling inspection before container loading. We provide detailed inspection reports with photos and videos for client approval before any shipment departs our factory.
Our quality assurance system is designed to achieve a defect rate below 2% on all shipments. In the rare event that defects exceed the agreed AQL threshold, we offer free replacements or partial refunds per our quality guarantee. Pre-shipment inspection reports are provided for every order at no additional cost — this is our standard, not an optional add-on.

A typical factory visit lasts 2-4 hours and includes a guided tour of all production areas, a review of quality control records, examination of sample products, and a face-to-face meeting with our production manager to discuss your specific requirements. We encourage visitors to bring their own checklist and inspect any aspect of our operations — no area is off-limits. For buyers unable to travel to China, our video tours cover the same ground and can be scheduled at your convenience, including evenings and weekends to accommodate different time zones.
