Accepted Payment Methods
Jinman Bags accepts the following payment methods for wholesale orders:
- Bank Wire Transfer (T/T): Most common for bulk orders. Fast, secure, low fees. Bank details provided on invoice.
- PayPal: Available for orders under $2,000. Buyer protection included. 4% processing fee applies.
- Wise (TransferWise): Low-cost international transfer. Recommended for orders $500-$5,000.
- Western Union: Available for sample orders and small purchases under $1,000.
- Alibaba Trade Assurance: Available for orders placed through Alibaba.com. Provides buyer protection and escrow service.
Payment Schedule
Stock Orders (Ready to Ship)
- 100% payment before shipping
- Processing begins after payment confirmation
Custom OEM/ODM Orders
- 30% deposit before production begins
- 70% balance before shipping (after quality inspection and pre-shipment photos approved)
- Sample fee: $30-$80 per design (refundable on bulk order)
Currency & Pricing
All wholesale prices are quoted in USD (US Dollars). Prices are valid for 30 days from the quote date. We reserve the right to adjust prices for material cost fluctuations, currency exchange rate changes, or order specification changes.
Taxes & Duties
Prices do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees in your destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We can provide guidance on estimated duty rates for your country upon request.
Invoice & Documentation
We provide the following documents with every shipment:
- Commercial invoice (with HS codes)
- Packing list
- Bill of lading / Airway bill
- Certificate of origin (if required)
- Material test reports (if required)
Price Terms (Incoterms)
We offer flexible trade terms:
- EXW (Ex Works): Buyer arranges all shipping from our factory in Yiwu.
- FOB (Free on Board): We deliver to Ningbo or Shanghai port. Buyer arranges sea freight.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): We arrange shipping to your destination port.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Door-to-door delivery with all duties paid. Available for selected countries.
