Shipping Methods
Jinman Bags ships worldwide from Yiwu, China. We offer multiple shipping options to meet your budget and timeline:
- Sea Freight (LCL/FCL): 25-45 days. Most cost-effective for bulk orders (500+ pieces). Door-to-port or door-to-door service available.
- Air Freight: 7-15 days. For medium orders (100-500 pieces). Faster than sea, more economical than express.
- Express Courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3-7 days. For samples and small orders (1-100 pieces). Door-to-door tracking.
- Rail Freight: 15-25 days. Available for European destinations. Cost-effective middle ground.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, destination, and shipping method. We provide detailed shipping quotes before you place your order. For OEM/custom orders, shipping is quoted separately after production is complete.
Production Lead Times
- Stock designs: 3-5 business days for processing, then shipping.
- Custom OEM orders: 15-30 days for production (depending on quantity and complexity), then shipping.
- Sample production: 7-10 days for custom samples.
Quality Guarantee
Every order undergoes quality inspection (AQL 2.5 standard) before shipping. We provide pre-shipment photos and videos for your approval. If you cannot inspect in person, we can arrange a third-party inspection service (SGS, Intertek, TUV) at your cost.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of wholesale and custom manufacturing, our return policy is as follows:
- Stock orders: Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt for defective or damaged items only. We will replace defective products or issue a refund.
- Custom OEM orders: Returns are not accepted for custom-made products unless there is a manufacturing defect that differs from the approved pre-production sample.
- Defective items: If more than 5% of items are defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace defective items at our expense.
- Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and products immediately, and contact us within 48 hours. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange replacements or compensation.
Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country. We can declare a lower value on shipping documents if requested, but we are not responsible for customs delays or seizures.
