Frequently asked questions
Can Jinman handle the whole import for me?
For the US and EU we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we manage freight, broker and duty and deliver to your door. For other regions we supply full documents and recommend a local broker.
What if my declared value is questioned?
Keep the commercial invoice consistent with the actual transaction; under-declaring risks seizure and penalties. We invoice at the true FOB/EXW value so clearance is clean.
How do I avoid duty surprises?
Confirm the exact HS 4202 sub-code and target-market rate before you order. Our duty reference lists indicative rates for 9 markets.
Importing for the First Time?
Tell us your country and quantity — we'll map the documents, duty and the smoothest shipping term (FOB or DDP) for you.
