Jinman builds a physical sample in 3–5 days (stock base) or 5–7 days (custom-logo). Material swatches and a digital mockup confirm direction before cutting bulk.

You review the sample, request tweaks, and lock specs: material, hardware, logo method, Pantone colors, and packaging. A confirmed quote follows.

Production runs 20–35 days by order size and complexity. You receive QC photos at cutting, sewing, and finishing stages so issues are caught early.

Inline and final AQL inspection against your standard. Optional third-party SGS/AZO heavy-metal tests available for EU/US compliance.

Shipped FOB or DDP from Ningbo/Shanghai: 15–30 days by sea, 5–7 days by air, to 30+ countries. Documents and booking handled by Jinman.

Yes. Jinman offers custom logo via embossing, screen/digital print, metal plate, and woven label, plus Pantone color matching and private-label packaging (boxes, dust bags, hangtags). These are standard parts of the OEM/ODM service.
MOQ is 100 pieces per style for custom OEM/ODM. You can mix colors within the run (e.g., 100 pcs across 2–3 colors). In-stock designs can be ordered from 1 piece with your logo added.
