For in-stock designs from a Yiwu factory like Jinman, MOQ is 1 piece and one order can mix up to 5 styles. Custom OEM/ODM typically starts at 100 pieces. Much lower than the 500–1000 pieces traditional factories require.
Sampling: 3–7 days. Production: 7–15 days for in-stock styles, 20–35 days for custom. Shipping: 15–30 days by sea, 5–7 days by air, 3–7 days by express courier to most destinations.
Handbags commonly enter the US at about 9–20% (HTS 4202), the EU at about 3–4% + 20% if applicable, and the GCC at about 5% (up to 10% for leather by HS code) plus 5% VAT in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Always confirm the exact HS code with your freight forwarder.
Not always. Many buyers use the factory's shipping (FOB from Ningbo/Shanghai or DDP door-to-door). A forwarder helps once volumes grow or you need complex customs clearance, SABER (Saudi Arabia), or bonded warehousing.
