Vector vs Raster: The Key Difference
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF with vectors) scale to any size without losing sharpness - essential for embossing, engraving, and plate making. Raster files (PNG, JPG) are pixel-based; they must be high-resolution (300 DPI at print size) or they blur. Always prefer vector.
