1) Stitching - even, no skipped, correct color. 2) Seams - reinforced at stress points. 3) Edge paint - smooth, no chips. 4) Lining - no loose threads, attached at all seams.
Hardware & Function
5) Zippers - smooth in both directions, correct size. 6) Magnetic snaps - firm closure. 7) Buckles and D-rings - solid, no sharp edges. 8) Strap attachment - reinforced, no wobble.
Aesthetics & Smell
9) Color consistency vs approved Pantone. 10) Logo placement and quality. 11) Overall shape - symmetrical, no warping. 12) Smell - strong chemical smell = bad material.
